Crock Pot Ham and Bean Soup
Dried White Beans
Salt and Pepper
Place all ingredients in the crock pot and stir to combine. Add more water as necessary to make sure beans are covered.
Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours. Remove bay leaves and remove meat from ham bone and return to soup.
Serve or Freeze
Enjoy with crusty bread To Freeze: Cool soup completely and package in freezer containers. Freeze for up to 2 months for easy meal prep.
