Apple Nachos

Apple Nachos are an adorable snack that your kids will love. Make it your own by using your favorite toppings. This no-cook snack will be a hit and is ready in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple your favorite variety
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Peanut butter or Nut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Chocolate chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanuts chopped

Instructions

  • Core and slice the apple into even slices. Arrange the apple slices on a plate
  • Place peanut butter (or nut butter) in a microwave safe bowl or cup. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until the peanut butter is pourable. Drizzle over apple slices.
  • Top the apple slices with chopped nuts and chocolate as desired.

Notes

The best part about this snack is that you can customize it however you want. Feel free to use vanilla yogurt or honey instead of peanut butter. Any dried fruit, chocolate sauce, mini candies or even whipped cream would be delicious. Set out all the toppings and let kids make their own.
