Ingredients
Salmon Filets: Feel free to use skinless or skin-on salmon filets per your preference. If cooking skin-on, make sure to place the salmon skin side down on the trivet. As written, this recipe is for fresh salmon, but you can easily cook from frozen by adding 2 minutes to the cook time.
Mayonnaise: I promise once the salmon is baked, you won’t taste any mayonnaise. This provides a coating on the salmon that helps it stay moist and juicy and helps the seasoning stick to the salmon. Store-bought or homemade mayo works perfectly.
Dijon Mustard: Dijon mustard adds the perfect amount of bright acid to balance with the rich salmon.
Everything Bagel Seasoning: Everything Bagel Seasoning consists of white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, and salt so it is packing a punch. Feel free to use store-bought or check out my recipe for homemade everything bagel seasoning.

Optionally, you can squeeze some lemon juice on the cooked salmon to brighten the flavor even more.
